Ibu yang mengenalkan pertama kali dengan makanan ini sewaktu saya masih SD. Saya jatuh cinta pada soun kecapnya. Sampai sekarang saya tetap cinta mati D. Saya dulu biasanya makan nasi campur Tambak Bayan di Jalan Pasar Besar Wetan atau di foodcourt Jembatan Merah Plaza 1. Kebetulan suatu hari saya, suami dan ibu saya sedang ada keperluan di Keputih dan kita kelaparan... Mau ke Soto Cak Har lagi ramai dan penuh parkirnya. Ya sudah kami memutuskan cari makan di daerah ruko klampis. Eh, ternyata ada nasi campur Tambak Bayan. Asyeeek tidak perlu jauh-jauh kalau lagi kemecer D. Penampakan dari depan di Ruko Klampis Sebenarnya di depot Tambak Bayan tidak hanya nasi campur. Ada nasi pecel, rawon, sop konro, nasi kuning, soto makasar dan mie pangsit juga. Tetap saja nasi campur yang selalu jadi primadona. Nasi campur ada ayam atau daging. Satu piring terdiri dari lauk pelengkap berupa tempe bumbu bali, tahu bumbu kuning, telur dan soun goreng bumbu kecap. Plus sambal yang pedes nikmat. Perpaduan manis dan asin pada bumbu masakannya pas. Kaya rempah pada setiap masakan. Nasi campur ini ada dua varian, nasi biasa atau nasi uduk. Suami pesan nasi uduk. Nasinya gurih dan lembut. Lain kali kalau kesini saya akan pesan nasi uduk saja. Satu hal yang saya suka selain rasa masakannya adalah lauk-lauknya tahan lama. Saya pernah beli sekitar jam 8 pagi. Saya baru sempat makan sekitar jam 5 sore. Semua nasi dan lauknya tidak bau. Soun kecapnya juga masih bagus. Mungkin ini karena proses memasak yang maksimal matangnya. Harganya antara Rp - Rp per porsi. Tergantung pilihan lauk utamanya. Just tofu and sohun. The taste is excellent. I used to order this set menu for seminars, gathering. But you need to...be carefull since it is so spicy... so if you can't handle hot spicy food make sure ask the non spicy one. If you visit to Surabaya, I recommend to try this restaurant.
